CNC cutting
We have a full time cutting service. Our machine is a Precision Shaper Avenger X run with Shape3D software and capable of cutting up to 10’ long and 24” wide. We can store your blanks if you provide them and order for you if you need them. We accept all AKU shaper and Shape3d files. Glassing
Start to finish glassing service. We offer Entropy Bio Epoxy, Pro-Set epoxy, and Silmar Polyester glass jobs. We pride ourselves on top quality work. From perfect clear laminations to color cutlaps to airbrushing we offer it all. For more information please click the link below to contact.
Ghost Shaping
Need us to finish shape your CNC cut? Always stoked to scrub some boards you can work with Bobby to get your cut scrubbed to your specifications. Together we can go over the fine details of how you like your boards finished.
Ding Repair
Full epoxy ding repair service. We pay the same attention to detail with our cuts and glassing practices to our ding repair. We love to stoke people out on beautiful repairs. Please make sure to drop off your board to us with NO WAX. 1 ding- $50 and up, $15 and up for each additional ding, $65 for fin boxes, $80 for buckles, $20 and up for color match, 25% markup for 1 week rush, $25 for wax removal.
