The Ric Flair
Inspired by the old …lost 5’5” x 19 1/4” video. This is a performance fish made for thrashing! Stock as a twin with a trailer but also a great board as a quad or thruster set up.
We have a board here with the wide point pulled just forward of center, a wider and slightly rounded nose, and a wider swallow tail template. Smooth outline with a 1 1/4” heart swallow tail. Pretty flat and staged rocker with a healthy tail kick starting right behind the front fins. For concave we have a mild rolled vee in the nose, to a mild single concave, to an aggressive double concave, to a panel vee out of the tail. This board is made to be fast, loose, and FUN. A performance fish with tons of spark!
An excellent choice for your day to day conditions. Surf this board in anything from knee high to well overhead. Although somewhat this falls in the category of “fish” this board can be absolutely RIPPED on. Nice low and soft rails help this board bite the wave face and roll rail to rail easily. A fun and sparky addition to anyones quiver.
