Shaping Bay
Our 16’x10’ shaping room gives plenty of room to get proper vision on your shapes. If that isn’t enough we actually have a window on the left side wall where you can step outside and get a nice pulled back perspective. Standard 4’ tall 8’ long soft white shaping lights and a dark blue wall. Slinky hose vaccum set-up for the planer. Email bobby@missinglinkmanufacturing.com if you’d like to book an appointment.

Sanding Room
Lots of long hours our crew grinds it out here. Literally grinding, sanding, constantly refining. Our sanding room actually doubles as our airbrush room. Our 3200 CFM fan keeps the air flowing strong which keeps the boards and the floors nice and clean. Our filter is rated down to 8 microns.

Glassing Area
As time goes on and we keep building our racks higher and higher on the wall this room is starting to feel more like an arena of sorts. Here we knock out our laminations. Temperature and dust control is vital with epoxy work so we are equipped with a 15,000 watt heater and a 1000 cfm air filtration system. Also in this room we have our cure box where we cure our finished glass jobs to ensure the epoxy is fully cured before sanding.

Hotcoat Room
The final step in glassing. A good hotcoat is crucial to getting a clean beautiful finish on the boards. Once again temperature and dust control is the name of the game with epoxy. We treat this room very carefully as far as dust control. Absolutely nothing other than hotcoats gets done here. Only entering and exiting with a clean coverall suit and a respirator. We are ritualistic with our cleanliness. The room kept between 75-80 degrees. Unless you work here you will never step foot inside of this room SO DONT EVEN ASK :)
